Vocci Ring

Press the ring button twice. A vibration and LED indicate that audio capture has started.

The manufacturer describes exports of transcripts, highlights and action items to services including Notion, Slack, WhatsApp and Google Docs, or through a secure sharing link.

It records to its own storage offline. Recordings sync through the app to the phone and cloud when a connection is available.

Vocci says it can be paired across devices, with cloud synchronisation under the same account.

Published estimates are up to 8 hours of continuous recording, three further charges from the case, and an 80% ring charge in 30 minutes.

Vocci lists IP67 and says normal splashes and showers are acceptable. It advises avoiding diving and hot saunas and keeping the microphone dry.

Vocci recommends gentle wiping with an alcohol wipe. It advises against other chemicals, abrasive materials and ultrasonic cleaning.

Friction with hard surfaces or other metal rings can leave fine scratches. The manufacturer recommends separating the ring from other jewellery where practical.

Vocci states that it complies with GDPR and uses encryption, with further certifications planned. These are vendor claims, not an independent certification assessment by AI Vitamin.

The manufacturer says encrypted data and ring use are tied to the account, restricting unauthorised access. This directory has not independently tested lost-device protections.

A complimentary sizing kit can be requested first, with the chosen size submitted through the Vocci account. A measurement tutorial is another option. Vocci recommends wearing the ring on the index finger.

Basic recording and local storage do not require a paid membership. Optional plans increase transcription allowance, AI services and storage.

The current list covers the United States except some remote areas, Canada, the UK, the EU and Australia. The official shipping policy gives location-specific terms.

Dispatch timing depends on size availability and is shown by the manufacturer during the order process. Its stated delivery estimate after dispatch is generally 5–10 business days, depending on location.

Vocci emails tracking information after dispatch; tracking is available through the customer account or the carrier.

The manufacturer says international shipping charges exclude destination import duties and VAT; any customs charges may be payable by the recipient.

Vocci asks customers to contact support. It says it will investigate with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund, and offers optional transit insurance.

The listed limited warranty covers manufacturing and hardware defects for two years in the EU and one year in other eligible countries; exclusions and remedies are in the official warranty policy.
