What is included with Pophie?

The standard kit contains the robot, Kitty outfit, charging dock, USB-A to USB-C cable and manual. A power adapter is not supplied.

What charger does Pophie need?

Use a 5 V / 3 A or higher-rated adapter. A USB-A to USB-C cable is included; a suitable USB-C to USB-C cable is needed for a USB-C-only adapter.

Does Pophie require a subscription?

Free provides daily voice and visual interaction for 10 minutes. Standard and Pro offer monthly or annual subscriptions that renew until cancelled. Included or previously purchased membership time remains valid.

When will an order ship?

The general policy quotes dispatch within three working days and 6–12 days in transit. The standard kit currently shows sold out, so those estimates do not establish current stock.

How long is the warranty?

The manufacturer provides a one-year limited warranty from receipt for covered product defects, subject to local consumer rights and policy exclusions.

Can Pophie be returned?

The official policy allows a return request within 30 calendar days of receipt. Obtain authorisation, sign out and reset the robot, and return the complete kit and packaging in the required condition.

What happens after the included two months of Pro?

Why add another charging dock?

The robot is intended to spend most of its time on a dock and lasts about one hour away from it. An extra dock can serve another room; direct USB-C charging is also supported.
