How much does Bondi cost, and when will I pay?

$299 total. You pay $9.90 today to reserve, and it goes toward your Bondi. In December, before we ship, we’ll email you to pay the remaining $289.10, with 14 days to pay. You’re never charged automatically. Before your final payment, we’ll show you the finished Bondi. Not what you expected? Get your $9.90 back.

Can I cancel my reservation and get a refund?

Yes. Your $9.90 is fully refundable any time before Bondi ships, and so is the remaining $289.10 if you’ve paid it. Just email info@heybondi.ai from the address you used to reserve, and your refund will arrive within 5–10 business days.

Will my parents feel watched? What can family see?

Bondi is built so they won’t. There’s no camera, and one press turns off the mic and screen. Bondi only looks at emails or accounts Mom & Dad choose to connect. You’ll only see what they choose to share, and they can say “not today” anytime.

My parents aren’t tech-savvy. Who sets it up, and can siblings join?

You set it up from your phone. Mom & Dad plug it in and start talking. No menus, no passwords. Invite your siblings in the Bondi app, and everyone’s photos come together on Mom & Dad’s frame.

Is there a subscription or any ongoing cost?

No. Everything Bondi does comes with your frame, including unlimited photo sharing, family stories, and memory videos.

When will it ship, and what if it’s delayed?

Bondi is estimated to ship in January 2027, with free delivery to U.S. addresses. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated, and your $9.90 stays fully refundable until it ships.

What if we need help after it arrives?

Email info@heybondi.ai and our team will help with setup and troubleshooting. After Bondi arrives, returns and warranty follow the Purchase Agreement you receive with your final payment.
